Therapy, supervision, & training

I’m Jenny

I work with people who are done skimming the surface.

You’ve done therapy. You’ve built insight. You understand your patterns, maybe better than most. And yet, something still isn’t shifting. You’re tired of managing symptoms or circling the same terrain. You’re ready for real movement. Depth. Relief that actually lasts.

That’s where I come in.

I’m a trauma-certified psychotherapist, EMDR-certified clinician, and certified provider of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, including outpatient ketamine therapy. My work is grounded, relational, and direct. I won’t rush you, but I won’t collude with avoidance either. I name what matters, track the nervous system, and help you access the places where real change happens, beyond insight alone.

I specialize in intensive work for people who are ready to go deep. EMDR intensives and ketamine-assisted therapy are immersive, focused experiences designed to create meaningful shifts without stretching therapy out for years. This work is intentional and well-paced. It’s for people who are ready to invest in their healing and want therapy that fits their life, not the other way around.

In addition to clinical work, I’m an Approved Clinical Supervisor and a professor at MSU Denver, where I train future therapists. That lens matters. I work with many people who hold a lot for others: clinicians, leaders, caregivers, and deeply thoughtful humans who are ready to have a place where they don’t have to be the strong one.

Healing doesn’t have to be endless.
But it does require honesty, readiness, and intention.

If you’re here, you’re probably closer than you think.
